About Paruzel Consulting

Paruzel Consulting is led by Jan Paruzel, an independent European consultant specializing in supplier management, export operations and regulatory compliance for the global food industry. With a background combining an MBA in Strategy Management, an MSc in Food Technology & Human Nutrition and a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Jan brings a unique blend of technical, commercial and operational expertise.

Since 1999, Paruzel Consulting has supported companies across Europe, Asia and the Middle East in navigating complex markets, optimizing procurement and building reliable, efficient supply chains. Our experience includes extensive operational work in China, such as managing a bonded warehouse in Tianjin and operating a commercial office in Guangzhou. This long‑standing presence provides deep insight into Chinese regulatory frameworks, import requirements and the practical realities of cross‑border trade.

We work across multiple European markets and the GCC region, collaborating with producers, traders and industrial buyers in dairy, frozen foods, pasta, meat, sauces and specialty ingredients. This broad international exposure enables us to benchmark suppliers, verify compliance and manage documentation with precision.

Fluent in English, German, and Polish, Jan works directly with European manufacturers, acting as a trusted operational presence in Europe for clients importing into China. He also supports Chinese producers seeking to enter or expand within the European market, providing guidance on regulatory compliance, documentation and market‑entry requirements. Our mission is to ensure stable supply flows, full documentation compliance and proactive risk management across the entire EU → China and China → EU supply chain.
